Another New Year...? Yes, I am having difficulty keeping up with all of the New Years. The western New Year on January 1st, the Chinese New Year on 7th February, the astrological New Year when the Sun enters Aries... mama mia, I’m dizzy from it all! Although it is good to have a date to focus on to change or renew our lives, if the truth be known we can as humans with the gift of free will have our own personal “New Year”, whenever we want. We can change our lives and improve our lives in any moment we choose, any month, any day, any minute and any second. Why wait until somebody or an organisation tells us we can? We have the ability to change so we should always remember this little gem of a fact when we are going through our trials, tribulations and dramas that may be a part of our life journey. Sometimes we feel stuck, or trapped, stagnant and stale and we need a boost, or a kick up the butt from something outside of us to make that move towards positive changes, so we rely on specific dates chosen by other people to motivate us into action. If we embrace ever spontaneous personal change, we would never feel stuck, trapped, stagnant or stale for long, because we know that WE can change right here, right now in this exact moment. Once we can make the decision to change, the wheels are well in motion to a better life. Be brave and to make a new life everyday!
