Here's a nice simple (and cheap) way to benefit from color therapy. If you need some perking up and you find that you could do with a good dose of orange (and not too many of us have an orange jumper or even a shirt in the cupboard), buy some orange (or which ever color you need) cellophane paper, wrap it around a glass of chilled water and set it in the sun, allow it to stand for 10 minutes or until you feel that the warmth of the sun (and your chosen healing color) have penetrated the water and then simply drink from the glass, as you drink concentrate on the orange warmth entering and healing your body.
